CALORIES FOR WEIGHT LOSS || HCLF VEGAN


In our small but mighty vegan community I'd say that this topic may be one of the most controversial. There are vegan "gurus" proclaiming that you MUST meet a minimum requirement of x amount of calories per day. Then you've got other stating that "listening to your body" is the key.
