Scrambled Ch-Eggs

As much as I  L  V E  tofu scramble, it doesn't always love me back. I wanted to create another "egg" alternative that was easy, tasty and packed with protein. 

The nutritional yeast helps to give this dish a nice cheesy flavor while adding a ton of important B vitamins. Whether you're vegan or experimenting with plant based meals, this recipe is a  M U S T!
