Raw Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Nothing beats that donut shop bakery smell filling up your house in the early morning. I didn't really know what to expect when I first made this recipe, I mean how in the world could you make real cinnamon bun rolls out of bananas? But I have to say these are now one of my absolute favorite raw vegan treats and I make them as often as I can. Especially if I have guests come in town to stay with me! (who doesn't want to wake up to cinnamon rolls for breakfast!?) They are out of this world delicious and impressive! Once you try these babies, you will be obsessed.

This recipe is from our 7 Days Raw Ebook

-REMOVE BANANAS FROM DEHYDRATOR AND SPREAD A THIN LAYER OF DATE PASTE ONTO INSIDE OF ALL BANANA SLICES.(USE 2 SLICES PER ROLL.)

-USING ONE END OF THE FIRST BANANA SLICE BEGIN TO GENTLY ROLL BANANA IN

ON ITSELF (THE INNER LAYER WITH DATE PASTE WILL ADHERE ITSELF TO OUTER

LAYER AS IT ROLLS) FORMING CINNAMON BUN SHAPE. TAKE YOUR SECOND BANANA SLICE AND CONNECT TO WHERE FIRST SLICE LEFT OFF AND CONTINUE ROLLING, CREATING A LARGER CINNAMON BUN.

-PLACE CINNAMON ROLLS BACK INTO DEHYDRATOR SET AT 115 DEGREES FOR 2 HRS.

-REMOVE FROM DEHYDRATOR AND SPREAD A SPOONFUL OF

COCONUT ICING ONTO TOP OF EACH CINNAMON ROLL. SERVES 3.

Mine came out very mushy. The flavor was great but very hard to pick up an eat. Is there any way to harden them up a little? I loved the taste just have to fugure out the mushiness
