Raw Vegan Cereal Bowl

Sometimes all you need is a good bowl of cereal to make you feel at home and ready for the day. There is something about scooping up that delicious spoonful of tasty morsels with just enough creamy goodness from the milk. This gluten free, vegan, no processed sugar recipe always puts a smile on my face and leaves me feeling happy, full, and satisfied. This isn't your average cereal I'm talking about either. This bowl is filled with high nutrient dense foods and ingredients that will make your body feel great inside and out.

Ingredients:

Cereal

2 BANANAS

1 APPLE

2 DATES

Banana Milk

1 BANANA

1 DATE

1 CUP WATER

1/4 TSP CINNAMON

1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

Toppings

2 TBSP BUCKWHEAT

1 TBSP CHIA SEED

Directions:

-CHOP CEREAL INGREDIENTS AND PLACE IN YOUR

BOWL OF CHOICE.

-COMBINE BANANA MILK INGREDIENTS INTO

BLENDER AND BLEND ON HIGH FOR 30 SECONDS.

-POUR BANANA MILK INTO CEREAL BOWL AND

SPRINKLE ON TOPPINGS.

-STIR AND ENJOY! SERVES 1.
