CINNAMON TART


Perfect as breakfast or a snack, this recipe originally comes from the Freedom Food E-Book. Tart, sweet, juicy, with a cinnamon kick! High in vitamin c, omega-3's and protein this bright treat is guilt free and part of a healthy diet. 

 

Ingredients:

1 grapefruit peeled 

1 green apple

2 TBSP hemp seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1 TBSP monkfruit (or other sweetener)

 

Directions:

  1. Chop the fruit and place in bowl.
  2. Sprinkle hemp seeds, cinnamon and sweetener of choice on top.
  3. Mix well and enjoy! serves 1.
