1 grapefruit peeled
1 green apple
2 TBSP hemp seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 TBSP monkfruit (or other sweetener)
- Chop the fruit and place in bowl.
- Sprinkle hemp seeds, cinnamon and sweetener of choice on top.
- Mix well and enjoy! serves 1.
