Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

 Start your morning off right with this Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl.
Filled with fiber, antioxidants and omega 3's, this smoothie bowl will help you beat the heat while staying filled and nourished all morning. 
 
 
Ingredients: 
2 bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries 
3 strawberries (sliced for topping) 
1/4 cup almond milk 
2 TBSP hemp seeds
 
Directions: 
1. Using a high speed blender or food processor, blend bananas, blueberries, almond milk and 1 TBSP hemp seeds together until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved. 
2. Scoop into bowl.
3. Add sliced strawberries and 1 more TBSP hemp seeds on top. 
4. Serve and enjoy!
